My Loves!

I am linking up with Andrea at Momfessionals for her Show and Tell Tuesda Link-Up Series! This month's prompt was to introduce your readers to your loves. How fitting because it is Valentine's Day!

Since my readers all pretty much know me, they are all familiar with my loves - Mike, Grayson, East and now Jovie! :)

But for those of you new to the blog...

This is Mike.

My husband of 10 years. He is my best friend, father to my kids and a pretty big goofball at home. However, for his job he runs towards danger when others are running from it. He is handsome, funny, kind and loves me and our kids like mad. He helps find my glasses when I misplace them in the middle of the night (it happens too often), he is the chief bath-giver and our kids love it, he makes me laugh, he is an amazing autism dad, he's the fun parent, he does a lot of cooking and he is my port in this storm I like to call this crazy pregnancy. He appears to be the only one who can stand me right now which is also a plus.

This is Grayson.

He is my oldest son, and he is four years old. Something about Grayson - he has autism and sensory processing disorder. He's also mostly non-verbal. However this doesn't define him. He is a sweet social kid who loves to be the center of attention. His favorite things are running, jumping, playing on his ipad, blowing bubbles, playing with tractors, pretending he is on an important phone call and being as close as humanly possible to me throughout the day. He attends pre-school as well as speech and occupational therapy. His favorite people are his grandpa Rob, Daddy, Mommy and his aide Angie at school. He likes to go out to Grandpa Dave and Grandma Beth's farm to run, swing and ride on their Kawasaki Mule. He loves counting his toes and naming his colors with his Grandma Carol.

This is Easton.

He is soon to be our middle child. He is 2 1/2 years old. He loves singing the ABCs, playing with his trains, turning everything into a train, talking about trains, watching toy reviews on YouTube, his taggie blanket, not sleeping with any other blankets on, checking on his brother and making everyone laugh. He loves going to the farm to visit Grandpa Dave and Grandma Beth, and he loves cows, cats, sheep, chickens and monkeys. He shares a special tradition with Grandma Carol where they eat cheetos together. He has a special kinship with Daisy the dog. He has a special place in his heart for his "Caw Caw" (Grandpa Rob) and loves to visit him at work. He makes me laugh so hard - he has such a neat sense of humor for someone so young! He is doggedly trying to build a friendship with his older brother, and he has such a sweetheart.

This is Jovie.

She is still in utero! This is my latest picture of me pregnant. And this is her latest picture sonogram taken on Monday. She is due at the end of June/beginning of July. We are about half way through this pregnancy. Not much is known about her other than she wasn't exactly planned (a very happy surprise!) and she really surprised us by being a girl - though Mike had said all along that she was going to be a girl. She is about 11 ounces currently, and I think she is basically the cutest little thing. She does not like sweets, I don't have any appetite at all and she isn't terribly active. I feel some movement but not like I did with her brothers. She is already crazy loved, and we are excited to meet her! We settled on the middle name "Mariah" for her as it was my great-grandmother's middle name and it goes with the M-themed middle names we have for the boys! :)

And those are my loves!
