Our Every Day

Gray-Baby turns 11 months this week. So hard to believe, isn't it?? It has been a month chalk full of adjusting to new schedules, visiting with family, play dates with friends and spending time together as our little family of three. At the end of September my aunt Tami and cousin Tessa came in to town for a little visit. It was so wonderful to see them! I loved introducing Grayson to them!   A couple weekends ago, Grayson spent a good amount of time with Uncle Rich, Uncle Doug, Aunt Kristi and Cousin Derek. We definitely missed Aunt Natty at this family get together but we will see her in the spring! Grayson loved playing with his cousin (who is 6 months old) - specifically smacking him in the face and stealing his toys from him. A few other things about our Gray-Baby: - He now laughs when you laugh. He thinks everything is hysterical. Drinking water from a glass? Making faces at him? Just stopping by with a quick little update about life as I know it. I haven't had much time to sit down and write a "topical" post - other than Grayson's monthly updates. I really need to get on it and come up with some good topics to write about. GRAYSON Gray-baby has two new things he likes to do. The first is that he has become attached to this stuffed animal that was given to him by a dear friend of mine right after he was born. Mike and I aren't sure if it is a moose or a reindeer, and we debate over that because we have no lives. I have been calling it the reinmoose or the moose deer. Mike has named it Bruce. Seriously. No lives. The second thing is to lock people out of the house. Or attempt too. Again I say - isn't this something that a child much older than Grayson should be doing? In his defense the kiddo doesn't realize the door knob is locked when he tries to close the front door on me EVERY SINGLE TIME I take the dog outs...
