A little about each...

Easton

Easton will be moving to the M-W class of his play group in mid-February.
He told me this week, "I LOVE SCHOOL!"

Easton is choking on everything, and it is scaring me. He has choked two significant times this past week, with a handful of smaller episodes. Meal times are scary for me. Right now he is eating pancakes right next to me, and I have one eye on him and one eye on what I am typing. I think a swallow study with a speech therapist is in his future.

Easton loves trains, trains, more trains, helicopters, cows and playing youtube kid videos on my phone. When he falls asleep at night, he must be touching me. He is a cuddly kid, and he is always cracking us up.

Grayson

Grayson is picking up new words everyday. He is doing well in preschool with the help of aide, however we are looking into switching preschools - only if his aide can also go along! :)

He has been having a lot of conversations on his "telephone" which is also his hand. The other day at therapy, he had his OT and me cracking up at the conversations he was having!

Sleeping is still an issue for him.

Mike

Mike is continuing his daily workout and also started MMA training once a week. He has done one grappling fight (like a wrestling match) but doesn't plan to fight MMA professionally. More grappling fights are probably in his future though.

He tries to get in target shooting at his parents' farm every week. He is also bought a reloading press and plans to start reloading his own ammo.

Erin

My friend is starting a Bible Study for moms with special needs kiddos, so I am looking forward to that!

I have been having some problems with my heart and had to go back on my heart medication earlier than what we had anticipated. My cardiologist wanted to start back on the third trimester, but Jovie wasn't having it so I am back on it already.

Unfortunately that means my second turn with an event monitor starts this week - this time for an entire month. *sigh* Our insurance won't cover the wireless model so I am sure I will have a time with keeping the kids out of the wires. To read more about what I am talking about, you can check out my blog post about my last turn with an event monitor when Easton was a newborn:
