Insta-Friday!

Linking up with Jeannett at Life Rearranged again for Insta-Fridays. Basically I take pictures of neat things or special moments throughout the week, upload them to Instagram and then post them here - serving as a quick recap of the week.
I was so happy to introduce Grayson to my very special friend, Erin. We have been friends since the third grade. She lives in New York City, and it has been probably eight years since I saw her last. So thankful for her friendship!

Grayson and Grandma Smith share a cuddle at Mike's Grandma's birthday celebration.

Grandma Smith wasn't able to hold Grayson when she saw him right after he was born because she was sick.
She made up for lost time at her birthday party :)

I went to my parents' condo last week to help them start packing up. They will be moving in with Mike and me for a couple of weeks until their house is completed. I am so excited! Dad kept Gray occupied.

It was so cold the other night that I bundled Grayson up! I took the hat off of him because it is way too big. Maybe someday he will fit into it :)

I had my first experience with the local online garage sale site on Facebook. It was love at first sight.
I purchased some chicken wire and plan to turn it into a place to display pictures in our kitchen.
Definitely a spring project because that is definitely lead paint on there...

I love seeing Mike and Grayson interact. Mike went with me to Grayson's two month appointment.
I just love this picture...especially Mike's smile lines around his eyes. Love.
I'm going to be an aunt! (Again!)
Mike's brother and his wife are expecting a baby boy, and I could not be more thrilled! Seriously.
I have spent hours poring over their registries, trying to decide on a perfect gift for my dear friend and my little nephew. I cannot wait to meet this little guy! My aunts were so influential to me - all of them - and I can't wait to pass that on! Anyway - this is the shower invite. So cute and colorful :)
