My Focus T25 Story | Week 2
Week 2 of the Focus T25 fitness program is a distant memory as I am now in the thick of Week 3.
I still love it. It is still hard work. Some days I look at what exercise regiment I have to do, and I just groan. But I end up doing it, and I feel so much better after the fact. I feel accomplished. Confident. Ready to take on the day.
I don't believe that the whole whopping 3 lbs I have lost is apparent when people look at me. But I know that I have lost nearly 10 lbs in the last six months - and that - well that makes me thrilled honestly :)
Week 2 was pretty rough. Mostly because Grayson was sick. And I threw my knee out. Oh and there was the county fair tempting me with french fries and ice cream. But I still stuck with it - though I did eat things I probably should not have. Oh well.
As for my knee - I was just walking along and it gave out on me. I was in pain for the next two days - but I couldn't sit and not do my workouts. I put in the Stretching DVD that came with the program and I ended up doing that one afternoon. Grayson loved it because he crawled all over me the entire time. Then he tried to emulate some of the stretches. I am not kidding. He is just a week shy of 10 months old, but my child is one smart cookie. And he has excellent form for the child's pose. :)
